During 20-22 November Martins Mednis, Jurijs Meitalvs and Andrejs Kostromins were attending conference "13th IEEE International Symposium on Computational Intelligence and Informatics" held in Budapest.

In the prestigious IEEE conference about 80 papers were presented.

We presented three papers:

  • M. Mednis, V. Brusbardis, V. Galvanauskas "Comparison of genome-scale reconstructions using ModeRator"
  • J. Meitalovs "Software tool for probabilistic metabolic pathways construction"
  • E. Stalidzans, A. Kostromins and J. Sulins "Two stage optimization of biochemical pathways using parallel runs of global stochastic optimization methods"

Papers are going to be included into IEEE Xplore database after the symposium.
